Here are a couple more you can try, these are favorites from my Alkaline Recipes Cookbook. Enjoy.

VEGETABLE SOBA NOODLES STIR-FRY
Recipe Ingredients:
½ package buckwheat soba noodle
(available in health food stores)
2-3 tbs. Bragg Liquid Aminos
(available in health food stores)
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. ginger graded ginger
1 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped cabbage
2/3 cup sliced or whole snow peas
1/2 cup sliced onion
Black pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large wok or frying pan. Combine carrots,celery, cabbage, snow peas, and onion in a wok or frying pan.  

Add Bragg Liquid Aminos and sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes. Sample them to match your taste. Add 2-3 pinches of black pepper and 1-2 tsp of grated ginger for flavor.

Cook soba noodles as directed on the package.

When vegetables reach their desired state, slide them to the side and add another tablespoon of oil to the wok or frying pan. Place cooked noodles in the pan and toss well to mix with oil. Add vegetables to soba noodle. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Serves: 2-3

 

SPROUTED SALAD
Recipe Ingredients:
8-10 leaves of organic leaf or romaine lettuce,
washed and torn or chopped
2-3 cups mung bean sprouts
1-2 cups of your favorite sprouts (broccoli, buckwheat,
clover, lentil)
1 cup garbanzos, sprouted or canned
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tomato, cut into small wedge
1 carrot, peeled and grated

Recipe Instructions:
Arrange all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite dressing.

Preparation Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 0 min
Serving: 4-6
