First Step Towards Better Health

Change in nutrition to create pH balance is the most common first step taken by those who are searching to increase their level of energy, improve vitality, achieve better health, and regain clarity to their mind. And while a thought of changing nutrition seems to be simple and easy to comprehend, changing nutrition certainly requires courage and commitment to follow though.

For years you may have been developing certain eating habits that go well with you but are not necessary good for you. Those eating habits became rooted in your subconscious mind. You practice them in your daily life. These eating habits make you feel comfortable and secure. They create a certain comfort zone that you do not like to leave very often.

For most people changing nutrition requires a drastic change in diet. It is not an easy change because toxic fats and oils created unnatural cravings just like drugs, both of which cause an imbalance in the body. So you may have to hang though through the cravings from a greasy burger or fries. The cravings will eventually pass and you can establish a pattern of eating that will carry you through a long and healthy life.

Consequently, changing nutrition causes you to leave a comfort zone. It can be scary as you step into the unknown. Leaving that comfortable and familiar place is a drastic move. It requires a radical individual to make such a change. It requires someone who is determined, brave, fearless, confident, and strong-minded--someone like YOU, the true you. Changing the way you eat may be scary and uncomfortable at first, but there is a positive side to that as well. It causes you to try new things and learn innovative ideas about yourself in the process. It causes you to exercise your willpower and your strength. It builds your character. Without any further delay, let me introduce to you the revolutionary principle that has changed my life and lives of many others -- the pH balance.

  • Classifying Acids as Strong or Weak
The pH scale measures a substance’s acidity, but an acid can further be classified as either a weak acid or a strong acid. • How pH Levels Impact Health
On the pH scale, the midpoint, or the number 7 represents a perfect balance of acid and alkaline. The body needs balance to function optimally, but the number 7 is not necessarily the magic number for all parts of the body. • The Way The Body Deals With Acidification
The body really does know how to protect itself. A perfect example is what the body does when too much acid is present. Regardless of whether the acidification is affecting the entire body or just one organ, the body has two ways to deal with the excess. The first is simple; the body begins to eliminate the excess acids by way of the lungs, kidneys and skin, thereby reducing the overall amount that is present. Read more...
