If you wish a refund on a digital purchase simply email us with your order information for a refund. For physical book/CD refunds simply return them to the address on the box they came in. We highly recommend placing insurance and/or tracking to make sure we receive. Your refund will be processed the in a timely manner, however remember you may not see the credit until your next billing cycle. Supplements: We obtain the supplements directly from the manufacturer to offer you great pricing.
